Answers

The goal of an argumentative essay is to persuade the reader (to agree) through logic, reasoning, and often times emotion.

basically,

Narrative is a story, with a point and a moral, usually to entertain.

Argumentative is an argument, used to prove a point or theory in your favor. Uses emotions, persuasion, and logic. (To sound smart, use "ethos", "pathos", and "logos" instead.)
