How should I cite a TED talk in MLA format?

Like this one:…

I want to cite the video in a paper, but I don't know how this should be done... its not like a book.

"Elizabeth Gilbert on nurturing creativity." Web. 13 Dec 2010. <"Elizabeth Gilbert on nurturing reativity." Web. .>.

-make sure the second line is indented when putting it in your bibliography.. and it most likely will have to be double spaced

-the first, should be italicized

-the date displayed should the date you retrieved it from the net [you dont have to include it]

and to quote something: "blah blah blah.." ("Elizabeth Gilbert on nurturing creativity")
