It is perfectly normal to have the chills when you have a high fever, which you do. Your symptoms indicate a possibility that you have the flu. My first recommendation is that you let your parents know what's going on if you haven't already done so. You can take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for the pain and to bring down your body temperature. Your parents likely know which works best for you. If neither is working, you can take Acetaminophen and two hours later take one Ibuprofen. This can be repeated every two hours until your fever comes down. A tepid bath can also help to reduce a fever.
Warm fluids such as decaffeinated teas with honey and broth-based soups will be soothing to your throat and will make you feel warm on the inside. Avoid spicy or creamy foods and anything crunchy.
Drink plenty of fluids and get as much rest as possible.
you have the flu. Take ibuprophen, it will bring fever down
you've got the flu. drink plenty of fluids take a couple Tylenol and get lots of rest.

You have a fever, just lay down, drinks fluids, eat hot soup and chill out. Normal body temp is 98.6 and yours is kinda hot, so just lay down! :)
keep drinking water as that's the main issue with a fever. Keep bundled up...do you take tylenol? or even drinking ginger or peppermint tea can help break a fever. Of course talk to parent, adult or doctor for serious concerns.
you should be in bed resting. drink fluids and take some medicine to bring down you temperature. sleep if you can. You have a pretty high fever.
also where are your parents? you really should call them now!
please make sure you are taking the right medicine and the dosage.
if your parents can not make it home in time go to a neighbor or call a parent of your friend
