Tight muscles in your neck may be causing this to happen to you. The neck muscles go to the top of your head for it's movements. The nerves for your eyes go to the back of your head, right past hose muscles. When the muscles get tight they press onto those nerves to cause eye pains and make the pupil dilate to cause problems with light. When the muscles are tight they can pull on other muscles and there will be a bigger pain where they are attached on the inside of your skull. To get rid of this pain you have to free up the muscles in your neck and here's how to do that:
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
dude i hate to tell you this but i think you were abductid. and they probably dropped you on your head.
My husband had zero caigalrte on his right knee. Knee arthritis usually shows up as a small (or large) patch of ooze around your knee. It swells. Muscle aches don't swell up. My husband took DLPA amino acid for pain. The pain left in a day and never came back. He no longer needed it after a month as the amino acid gets the body to produce the endorphins to fight its own pain.DLPA makes people like me anxious. It is not for people with predispositions to anxiety disorders. At the same time we went to GNC and got him Triple Joint Flex. In about a month his caigalrte was rebuilt and he was walking about. All this and no knee replacement surgery. Today, about a year later, he just takes the Joint Flex for maintenance..
