Question

Why do I always get a headache on the same day every week?

I get a headache every Sunday but never any other days. I don't drink, party, or engage in any other similar behaviors. In fact, I have the same routine every day. There is nothing I do that would cause a headache to begin with, either. No rough physical activity, no headbanging or partying, or anything else one could do. This has been going on for about four months.

I know this is very weird, but I just want to know why I always get a headache on the same day every single week. I would like to have a Sunday without a headache.
