Healthy food, like vegetables, and fruit, but of course that won't fully help you on your way to a six pack, you mostly have to work out your stomach muscles. Do some sit up or something. Hope I helped and hopefully you reach your goal with that six pack which I heard are very hard to get, so keep eating healthy. ;)
it depends, you need to go through a 'bulking; phase where you put on muscle..which means high protein, and veggies..then when you build the muscle, go through a 'cutting' phase in which you lose the fat
but there is no magic ab food, just diet and exercise
