The best way to sweeten a smoothie without sugar is having banana in it! Its one of the best fruits for a smoothie because it makes it really thick and sweet...my favourite 5 a day combination would be....

banana

mango

strawberry

apple (granny smith-peeled and chopped)

orange (i just use tropicana juice sometimes!)

5 Fruits are hard to get into 1 smoothie.

I can suggest a few smoothies which taste great though...

I would go with all berries. Black, blue, rasp, straw and boysenberries. I think all other flavor will get lost because of to much fruit being used. My suggestion is to never have more than 3 like bannana, mango, strawberry.

Strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, cherry. All of them blitzed together, make a lovely smoothie. I prefer a couple of tablespoons of Splenda in my smoothie, not sugar, to sweeten it up.

I agree 5 fruits is a difficult thing.

The perfect smoothie for me is banana and strawberry the sweetness of a banana really works for it, and if you dont want to add sugar vanilla essense/extract always make it taste great. It could be difficult to access bananas where you live but, id suggest mango smoothie too but there not in season so it probably wouldnt help. Im pretty sure any berry can go with banana too, just have a go (: hope it works out x

If you don't like to add sugar in your smoothie then go with sweet fruits such as :

- Cherry

- Strawberry

- Mango

- Raspberry

- Apple

Your free to mix and match sweet fruits to make your smoothie but just be sure to mix fruits that are of the same type, like only sweet fruits because if you add sour fruits in it, it will ruin the flavour.

I saw you other question a while ago, and yes it is the same type of nutrients as eating 5 fruit in a single smoothie.
