I'd say 200 yards. There are 200 yard small bore targets, but that doesn't necessarily mean 22 lr. In fact they are insanely hard to hit the 12" aiming black with a 22 lr. I'd love to meet someone who can do 12" groups with a 22 lr at 200 yards. They must be exceptional.
On the other hand, they are not so impossible to hit, heck if you call 12" a "group" it isn't even hard to group 22 wmr @ 200 yards. It all depends on what you call accurate. Hitting a 1" target or making a 1" group at 200 yards is not really possible at 200 yards with 22 wmr. Amazingly, it is possble and 10x easier @ 100 yards.
depends on the wind!

no, more like 200 tops and you'd need luck and be a expert marksman.
In my experience a 22 Win Mag can be used easily and effectively out to about 80 to 100 yards. No more! That's it for pinpoint accuracy without too much, 'doping'. By comparison, a 22 LR will do the same thing from about 65 to 75 yards.
