I make a list each morning on a note pad. Then I do the list and check the items off one by one. When everything on the list is checked off, I get the rest of the day to goof off. How can this be difficult, it's so simple a moron can do it.

I manage my life with a calender, an alarm clock and a clear action of my desire to do something. As for how to wake up early ? I guess set your alarm. Not something I do. As for getting to sleep early. Also not something I do. As for walking in the morning. Also not something I do. As for getting ready for the gym. I change into gym clothes and go.
