Question

Why do people have a problem with Jesus Christ? What did He ever do to you or anyone?

He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth. (1 Peter 1:22 ESV)

You know that He appeared to take away sins, and min him there is no sin. (1 John 3:5 ESV)

Jesus never sinned against anyone. He always did what was right. He died to save people. Why do people have such a problem with the one person who never did anything wrong towards God or any man?

Jesus as the Son of God is a hard sell. It's as Kierkegaard wrote ‘a leap of Faith.' Some of us get it, others just don't and the rest is just ignorance or arrogance.

Atheism = Communism = atheism

Their wall fell and they're still upset, that's why.

19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

John 3:18-20 (New King James Version)

18 "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.

John 1:5 (New King James Version)

5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend[a] it.

Isaiah 45:22-24 (New King James Version)

All you ends of the earth!

For I am God, and there is no other.

The word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness,

And shall not return,

Every tongue shall take an oath.

24 He shall say,

‘ Surely in the LORD I have righteousness and strength.

To Him men shall come,

And all shall be ashamed

Who are incensed against Him.

Isaiah 53:5-7 (New King James Version)

5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,

He was bruised for our iniquities;

The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,

And by His stripes we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray;

We have turned, every one, to his own way;

And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted,

Yet He opened not His mouth;

He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,

And as a sheep before its shearers is silent,

So He opened not His mouth.
