well when my alarm goes off i ignore it, the only way i can get out of bed is when i look at the clock and i've got 20min before leaving then i freak out and jump out. other than its too much effort :P
I go running 3 miles every morning
I wake up about 6 a.m. every morning ready to start the day.
do some stretching and read the morning papers.
drink 12 glasses of water before u go to bed...
