how tall are you? how old are you? Your goal of 145 and being there by April of this year is WAY TOO FAST! Eat smaller meals every 2-3 hours which will help keep your insulin level where it should be,at least in the ballpark anyways. This is a key point in weight loss. Make sure you bring protein, and fats with you. If you are on the go a lot, pack your meals for the day if you know you will be out and about for a long length of time. If you can, go to the gym or some sort of exercise 3 - 4 times per week for starters or you could exercise on your own to a VHS or DVD at home and not worry about the gym.

Yes your goal weight is pretty realistic, but it'll be hard. The main key is to use more calories than you eat. for some fun yet helpful exercises, visit this site( this worked for me). It's called Hip Hop Abs. Type it into the search engine in youtube. If you want all the exercises, you can visit the site, and buy the books/videos. don't worry. I'm not an advertiser. This actually worked for me!
