Thoughts on Crossfit?

My hubby just did day 2 of Crossfit and he says it kicks his butt. Is it really a good workout? Will you lose weight? The description he gave me sounds like hell and I don't think I could even make it 2 minutes. Any opinions? I'm 50 lbs overweight and super out of shape.. could I even do it?


I did it for two weeks and it was the best thing that ever happened to me physically.

It will kick your butt, but your body will get used to it. Your body can do more than you think it can.

I definitely recommended it. The only reason I didn't continue is because I can't afford the $120 a month
