What is my activity level? Lightly active or Moderately active?

First i do 150 jumping jacks, then 50 sit ups.Then i run at 5.5 mph then walk at 3mph switching every minute until i get to 30 minutes, which adds up to about 2.5 miles. After that i do 100 more jumping jacks and 25 sit ups. I do this about 4 times a week. But Idk what to put my activity level at for those calculators though? Also is 1100 calories too few to eat per day over the summer while im doing this if I'm not done growing?


You want To seriously get into great shape and toned with definition? Then here is what you really should do, and that is as follows:

Keep doing your cardio walks and small amount of running, you at least got that part down, and thats great. However, you also need to do the second half of your work out. The second half of your work out program should include aerobic weight lifting. Do your 5 major muscle groups. Chest, cable machine seated bench press. 6 sets of 25 reps per set. Lats, lat cable pull downs, 6 sets of 25 reps per set. Shoulders, standing up rows ( cable ), 6 sets of 25 reps per set. Biceps, standing free weights using dumbbells 6 sets of 25 reps per set. Triceps, cable tricep extensions, 6 sets of 25 reps per set. Give yourself about 4 to 5 minutes of rest in between each muscle group. That's about 25 minutes of rest totaled up. Start off lite for a 2 week period. The amount of weight your using for each muscle group does not matter to anything. If you do this for 3 times a week ( Mon, Wed, Fri ). Next you could go as low as 750 calories per day while taking supplements, such as amino acids ( for the building blocks of protien ), 3 vitamins, omega fish pills, aIci pills, fastin pills ( to keep your hunger pains away ), and folic acid pills. Al of these are found in your local Walmart Store. Triple up on all these supplements to feel normal while you lose your weight. Most of all you will get thinner and toned with definition all over your body. Please don't give up on these things I mentioned to you. At least don't say I'll put it off intill tomorrow. Now is the present and gift yourself to give to your body a brand new look. And if a person looks like a pair ( fruit ) shape and you lose the weight without WORKING OUT, then by the time you lose that weight, you will still look very much like a pair shape ( fruit ), only smaller.

So, the human body needs to work out intended to using your major muscles groups. Not to brag but, I used to to this kind of training for 24 yrs without missing a single schedule so that I could enter in to a few bodybuilding competitions and won about 3 out of 5 competitions.
