Loosing weight, goood advice?:)?

Im 14 and i know i shouldnt be loosing weight because i dont really need to but i want to because it will make me more happy with myself

so is there any good tips or adivice? and any good exersizes that can tone up my belly?:)

For flat abs:

Regular crunches - 40

Lay on your left side and crunch up towards the ceiling - 40

Lay on your right side and crunch up towards the ceiling - 40

Alternate your legs in a scissor motion - 40

Regular crunches - 40

Total: 200.

For Toned legs:

Squat then jump up, hit your ankles together, come back down in a squat position - 40

Regular squats - 40

Wall sits - 2 minutes

Regular Squats - 40

Squat Jumps - 40

Total: 200

Also for toned arms:

Regular push ups - 40

"Elbow, Elbow, Hand, Hand" push ups - 40

Regular push ups - 40

"E,E,H,H" push ups - 40

Regular push ups - 40

Total: 200

You can go for walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming. Cardio exercises helps in reducing weight. Eat healthy diet.
