whats the best way to clear away haemorrhoids creams only give relief still sufferring after 4 months

I am afraid that the only definitive management is surgical. This may be by injection or less commonly these days classical haemorrhoidectomy.

There is nothing that can be done except surgery. I have had them since my daughter was born 31 years ago and thankfully they have only bothered me twice in this length of time.
