I am afraid that the only definitive management is surgical. This may be by injection or less commonly these days classical haemorrhoidectomy.
Take 400 mgs. of magnesium before you go to bed each night. It works.
Better diet and surgery.
There is nothing that can be done except surgery. I have had them since my daughter was born 31 years ago and thankfully they have only bothered me twice in this length of time.
