Back of legs hurt from dancing? tight muscles?
i went to a dance camp a couple days ago for four days and the back of my legs hurt from kicking, like the muscles are pulled and they are tight! i was wondering if there is anything i can do to make them better considering i have more dance practices wednesday? it hurts to pretty much do anything ( walk, stretch.. ) thanks!
take a hot bath and just soak :) it'll help so does advil! u must have used muscles ur not usually working out it will go away in a few days
More than likely you've just pulled a muscle. Just soak in a warm bath, hot towels, even massage can help!
