Breat up your raw burgers and brown the pieces in a skillet. Sprinkle them with black pepper and a little onion powder if you have it in your spices. When the meat is no longer pink, drain the fat and add your celery, stirring into the meat but not breaking the meat up. Cook for 5 minutes. Add just a little water if it appears too dry. Then add the black beans - drained, tomato condensed soup, and mixed vegetables. Mix well, add a little water, and cook until the celery is fork-tender. If it starts to get too dry, add a little more water. Serve with your egg noodles.
