Well, not to be preachy, but you should probably deal with your eating disorder instead of just accepting it. It's really not good for you health, as I'm sure you know, and paired with a diet that is more restrictive than everyone else's, the effects could be really devasting on your body.
And as for not giving into eating non-vegan foods, determination and commitment. If you find yourself craving ice cream or something, think of the reasons that you want to be a vegan. Always works for me, and it's what is recommended by most vegs. Also, make sure to eat plenty of tasty and varied foods. Eating the same things over and over will make your taste buds bored, and you'll be more likely to submit to cravings.
