Nope. It would have to be repealed.
But that's not going to happen, since he meets every legal requirement to be President.
We know he's not eligible. It's just a question of when the right people will acknowledge it.
We may never know if the Indonesian is eligible,
BUT WE ALL KNOW THE INDONESIAN COMMUNITY ORGANIZER IS UNQUALIFIED TO BE POTUS
Moot point. He's been verified to be a natural-born American citizen. The courts have routinely thrown out all eligibility cases because none have provided any significant or relevant evidence to date.
And exactly how would it be that he is not eligible? Please don't reference the whole birth certificate thing. It's nonsense. Even if he were born in Kenya, he's a US citizen because his mother was. But of course the FACTS are that he was born in the US and there is tons of evidence, while there is NO evidence of him being born elsewhere.
Maybe they would have to do the same thing as those two republicans who voted and made a proposal illegally after not taking the oath of office (and stupidly believing that it was enough to take the oath in front of a TV set).
