Is this a good time for a 200m in indoor track?
Okay so I'm new to track and this is my second or third week and my coach finally let me sprint. So I got to run full speed today. (Were running in the hallways) my first time was 36 second. Second time was 38 seconds(my leg was severly sore) and my third time was 34! Are these good times for a beginner to track?
Well if you're a sprinter, these are decent times. I mean by the time you are in good shape, you should be down in like 27 seconds or faster. It will just take a lot of hard work and dedication if you want to improve. The easiest way to do that is to run like several miles each day to get into shape.
